Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up Holiday World and a local water park. The breakfast was solid, and the location was super convenient. Just a heads up, the place could use some updating and cleaning, but it worked for our group getaway. Would recommend for a fun trip if you manage your expectations.

We had trouble with the heater in our room. It smelled terrible, and we had to keep a window open all night, which was uncomfortable. Not ideal, especially since it got pretty chilly outside.

We had a fantastic stay with a super fun pancake machine at breakfast and a cozy room that felt just right for our family. The indoor pool was relaxing, and we also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast area did get a bit crowded, but that’s a small hiccup in an otherwise great experience! 😊

Service during breakfast seemed overwhelmed, and the area could have been cleaner, with trays piling up. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were engaging and helpful. On the downside, there was no housekeeping during our entire stay, and we ended up having to manage our own trash, which wasn't ideal. We had to fix the toilet ourselves, and the bathroom door scraped on the floor. The overall cleanliness of common areas was lacking, with overflowing trash bins outside. However, the proximity to a great Mexican restaurant was a plus, making meals convenient. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

Not Recommended for Families

The check-in was smooth, the lady at the front desk was awesome and really cared about her job. And I have to say the pool was our favorite, we spent hours there, but it gets overshadowed by other issues.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, I was expecting more.

However, the location felt isolated at times, lacking adequate lighting that raised safety concerns. Additionally, the bed was quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

Great Spot for Families

Pulled in for a 2-night stay. It looked nice outside, and the guy at the front desk, Chip, was super friendly. The room was decent but a bit old-school, and the towels were kinda gross. The area around the hotel needed some cleanup, but it was super close to Holiday World, which was awesome for us!

The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfy, which was a plus after a long day. Air conditioning worked great too. However, I noticed the TV and internet weren't very reliable, which can be a bummer when you're trying to unwind. It was nice having a separate sink area for getting ready, though.

i had a lovely stay while visiting for my honeymoon. the rooms were clean, and i appreciated the spacious layout. the staff exceeded my expectations, making our experience enjoyable and special.

the room smelled bad. the shower had hair left in it. the beds were really soft and cozy. great for a good night sleep. breakfast had mini muffins. and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

This place is a prime choice for a holiday in Dale with good value for cost. The breakfast selection had everything from eggs to waffles which was awesome. Make sure to check the pool area before using it.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. I'll keep coming back for the great service and comfort!
